Flash Mission
Following preparatory work including a discussion on your challenges and tests on your personality, we spend a few days in your organization to “take its pulse” and go over with you (and/or your team depending on the situation) the 7 key dimensions of the MG7 methodology.


Objectif
A “Flash” mission very quickly gives the manager a high-level understanding of the transformation capacity of his company (or one of its business units, or even a company that he is thinking of acquiring or has just acquired) and the priority subjects to explore in a second phase, by covering the 7 dimensions of the MG7 approach (light version).
Operating mode
a few days on site in the organization to discuss with the manager following preparatory work including:
- Sharing by the manager of the context, the challenges of the transformation (in progress or desired) and the expectations
- Analysis of the personality of the leader – personality/leadership test of the WPMOT ® type (motivations) and DISC ® (behaviors)
- Sharing information on existing situations (PEOPLE, ROCE, CUSTOMERS dimensions)
