People Mission
The nature of our intervention will be calibrated according to your situation (confidential transformation vs. known and communicated to the teams, particular focus on the management team or a department, etc.), your management style, your corporate culture and your expectations. It may include, depending on the case, personality tests at the individual and/or collective level to understand the dynamics at play.
