An executive’s insight

I engage directly with executives because I know firsthand the unique responsibilities and challenges that come with leadership.

With over 20 years’ international experience, I have held senior management positions in leading companies, accompanying major and complex transformations. My background includes responsibilities in General Management, Strategy, Transformation, Integration, Internal Audit and Consulting within organizations such as EssilorLuxottica, Bombardier/Alstom, and EY.

Expertise forged through top-level experience

As President of Essilor in Canada and as Country Manager, I managed organizations with over 1,500 employees and sales of EUR 400 million in dynamic and demanding operating environments. I also worked closely with Boards of Directors made up of experienced leaders, including CEOs from CAC40-listed companies and top global firms.

As the VP of Internal Audit worldwide for Essilor and as a Finance executive at Bombardier/Alstom, I managed complex strategic projects, ranging from accelerated growth situations to restructuring. I also developed an approach to facilitate the integration of new acquisitions for Essilor at a time when, on average, a new acquisition was made every 15 days worldwide.

Lastly, I have assisted Small and Mid-sized companies with organizational transformations, and I am certified to conduct and interpret personality and leadership tests at both individual (notably “WPMOT”, “DISC”) and group levels.

An intercultural perspective

I am both Canadian and French and I am fluent in several languages. I have also lived and worked extensively across three continents—Europe, North America, and Asia—developing first-hand expertise in navigating intercultural dynamics and corporate acculturation challenges.

From my new base in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (AURA) region in France, I empower executives worldwide to integrate multicultural teams, align corporate cultures, and unlock the full strategic potential of diversity.
