The nature of our intervention will be calibrated according to your situation (pre or post acquisition, country of the acquirer and the target, possibility or not of exchanging with the teams on site, etc.) and your expectations.

By having properly integrated your own issues upstream (in particular human capital, corporate culture, strategy), we will assess the profile of the target (in particular in its “people” dimension, corporate culture and capacity for acculturation) and your ability to project yourself into a common future.

 

Objectif

An “Acquisition” mission provides the manager of the company carrying out the acquisition with operational support to overcome the human and cultural challenges of critical periods of change.

Convinced that a successful acquisition must result in the creation of long-term value which notably involves the enrichment (and not the destruction) of human capital, the Acquisition mission draws a parallel

  • The profile of the acquirer: human capital, corporate culture and strategy (objectives sought with the acquisition)
  • The target profile: human capital and ability to project it in the context of the transformation and considering its own corporate culture and the strategic objectives of the acquirer

Operating mode

  • To be defined on a case-by-case basis. It is preferable for the mission to take place as early as possible in the acquisition process (ideally during Due Diligence)
  • Duration of intervention varies depending on needs
